Revocable Living Trust Agreement

This Revocable Living Trust Agreement is entered into as of August 19, 2026 by Margaret Chen and David Chen (the "Grantors") of Travis County, Texas.

Article I - Creation of Trust

The Grantors hereby transfer to the Trustee the property described in Schedule A, to be held, administered, and distributed as provided in this Agreement. This trust may be revoked or amended by the Grantors acting jointly during their joint lifetimes.

Article II - Trustee

During the Grantors' lifetimes, the Grantors shall serve as co-trustees. Upon the death, resignation, or incapacity of both Grantors, Avery Chen shall serve as successor trustee. If Avery Chen is unable or unwilling to serve, Noah Chen shall serve as alternate successor trustee.

Article III - Disposition of Trust Estate

The primary residence at 412 Oakridge, Austin TX and the lake house at 88 Shoreline, Marble Falls TX shall be held in trust for the benefit of Avery Chen and Noah Chen, in equal shares, subject to the Trustee's power to postpone distribution until each beneficiary attains age twenty-five.

Article IV - Retirement Accounts

The Grantors acknowledge the Fidelity IRA (approximate value $1,400,000) and intend that beneficiary designations be coordinated with this Agreement. The Trustee shall have no duty to collect retirement benefits except as designated by the Grantors.

Article V - Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this Agreement on the date first written above.
